Whoa, Baby! And a Wee Bit of Late Night Entertainment Update-a-roonies!

Whoa, BABY!  And I mean WHOA, BABY!

And the following comes from one of the dishiest-dishers online: Jezebel....

  • Exciting news for Adele fans: she's recovered from her surgery and is going to perform at the Grammys in mid-February. It'll be the first time she's performed live in five months. You might want to practice weeping a little bit in advance, so you can really do it right when she takes the stage. [AP]

  • Happy 31st Birthday, Justin Timberlake. Just keep doing what you're doing, buddy. [E!]

  • Tom Cruise's 19-year-old daughter Isabella might be engaged to her boyfriend Eddie Frencher. He's a Scientologist, so he's automatically father-approved. They aren't getting married anytime soon, apparently, which is probably good since they're young. But it is a shame that we'll have to wait to see Suri fucking crush at her probable flower girl job. [News.com.au]

  • After swearing off Twitter, Demi Lovato is back after only a week away. She tweeted today, "Don't believe the hype.... All is well!" Phew. Don't ever go quiet again, Demi. [E!]

  • Flavor Flav had some drama this weekend. He and his daughter Dazayna Drayton were involved in a brawl at his house. It seems the 19-year-old hit him during the tussle, but it might have been accidental when he stepped in to break up a fight she was having with another family member. They were both arrested but are no longer in custody. [The Grio]

  • Scarlett Johansson has been seen about town with a new "mystery man." He's very tall, his name is Nate Naylor, and he works in advertising. Ooh, dating a non-famous, intriguing… [Radar]

  • Prepare yourself for a very minor amount of devastation: Emma Roberts and Chord Overstreet have broken up after nine months of dating. It's the old grew apart/amicable thing. [Just Jared]

  • Continuing a mass exodus from X-Factor, Paula Abdul has announced she won't be coming back for the next season. [OMG!]

  • Oh, sad. Jane Lynch's mom, Eileen, died yesterday. A big internet hug from us to you, Jane. [Daily Express]

    Sunday Night Tube-ing It

Sunday is the only night of the week, many of us have to curl up and catch up on TV viewing....so, it can really be disappointing when there is 'nothing on'!

My pics for tonight are (drumroll...)

Once Upon A Time ...this fairytale drama is one of my faves to hit the 2011-2012 season! It's rare that a NEW idea comes to TV and when it does, it's like a breath of fresh, magical forest air!!!  AIRS 7PM ON  CTV

Twilight Saga: New Moon ...honestly, have never read or watched anything from this series....but given that I can watch it tonight 8PM ON CTV, I may give it a go....yeah, probably not.

Julianna Marguiles is always fab in The Good Wife...catch a new ep 8PM on Global.

Sideway posturing and dramatic sunglass donning Horatio Cane and crew will solve a new mystery in a new ep of CSI: Miami  10PM ON CTV2.

And of course, because I am obviously demented, ANIMATION DOMINATION on FOX will include (my fave) Bob's Burgers, New Cleveland Show, Napoleon Dynamite, Family Guy and American Dad.

For all us who have ginormous crushes on JOHN CORBETT (swoon!)...catch him in the new TV film 'Smile As Big As The Moon' on ABC at 10PM.

EASILY one of my top shows to watch faithfully is 'LOST GIRL' on Showcase with a new episode tonight at 10pm.

And finally, you would THINK that sex and hoarding would never be found together, but TLC is promising exactly that with tonight's new ep at 10pm.

Have a grand night and may your DVR not blow up!

    Wander this way!

Okay...truth be told, I become bored easily....so, my mind wanders and below is where it wandered to....

Everytime you go look for a job...you are competing with more than 2 other Canadians...but in some industries, the odds are stacked in your favor according to Statistics Canada...

I use ALOT of permanent and dry-erase markers. ALOT. And so, when I saw this tip I had to share! (Plus, all sorts of great recycling/re-use ideas on the site).

While I have been a die-hard fan of Melissa MacCarthy forever (hello, she stole EVERY scene in Gilmore Girls), she's really coming into her own with recognition everywhere and I could not be more happy for her. She was freaking BRILLIANT in 'Bridesmaids' ....in fact, it will be because of her and Christopher Plummer that I will DVR the Oscars...and then fastforward to their inevitable and well-deserved acceptance speeches!

And finally, if the hymns are the best part of going to church for you, then you DON'T want to watch this....

Have a grand eve-of-hump-day....and remember tomorrow is http://www.c100fm.com/Contests/ContestDetails.asp?ContestID=908

    Jim Carrey's Daughter on A.I.

Canadian Comedic genius JIM CARREY must be very proud...his daughter Jane auditioned for American Idol and was given a GOLDEN TICKET!
